I took a chance and ordered a case of this. I love tea, but lately I think that it's been a little hard on my liver or something because I have been experiencing some nausea which I have associated with my tea drinking, so I thought maybe ginger tea might work better for me. And it does. This tea is smooth-tasting and yet the ginger taste is fairly strong--so don't get it unless you like ginger.

Hot or iced, morning or evening, summer or winter ¿ nourish your yin and elevate your yang with this creamy blend of tea, spice and spirit.
I really enjoy this tea. I still don't understand their spicy version though as I think the original is richer and just as spicy. This is a concentrate that comes in a 1/2 gal jug which you can add to steamed milk. There is also a dehydrated form which you only need add hot water. That is much more expensive, but good for taking to the office or on the road.

This special loose leaf spiced chai features Indian spices from a secret traditional recipe. For best results, brew tea in milk. More about this tea
Arrived in the stated time. The taste is not for me. I like chai tea, but this one is not at all anything I would drink. Some may like it though, everyone is different.

Very good tea! A trifle pricey, perhaps, but worth it on any number of gloomy Northwest winter days.

72 units of Stash Tea - Chai Spice - 20 bag. The Stash Tea Company is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1972, the company derives its name from an entertaining aspect of tea folklore. In earlier centuries, tea was a valuable commodity traditionally transported by clipper ship. The ship's captain often was presented with some of the finest teas for his personal use. This supply was his "stash," stowed carefully as his "private reserve." Today, the term still is used to denote anything put away carefully because of its preciousness. Stash Premium Chai Spice Black Tea puts clove, cinnamon, and cardamom into a blend of premium black teas and fragrant spices. Stash also adds coriander and whole cardamom for a spicy and flavorful drink. Add a splash of milk and sugar for a rich, authentic taste experience. Stash Tea has been committed to providing premium quality teas and an unsurpassed tea drinking experience. Stash begins with simply excellent tea leaves from…
The Stash Tea Company was founded in 1972, in Tigard, Oregon, a suburb of Portland, and was originally operated out of a Victorian-style house. But, right from the beginning the company focused on making only premium teas. That commitment to quality has propelled Stash Tea to the position of one of America's largest tea companies.Among Stash Tea's wonderful infusions is Chai Spice Black Tea. "Chai" comes from the Hindi word for tea, but in the West it is interpreted as Masala Chai, Indian spiced tea. Well, in fact this tea is a wonderful version of Indian spiced tea, based on a mix of Indian black teas, spiced with ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and cloves. Now, as you might expect from that description, this is a spicy tea. When I first opened the package, the smell of cinnamon wafted up to me and I thought, "Oh no, cinnamon tea?" Well, the flavor is much more complex than that - spicy, but not in an overpowering way. In fact the flavor is exotic and refreshing, and a real joy to drink. Now, some people prefer it iced (and it is delicious iced), but I think that I prefer it hot. There's nothing better on a cold evening than then smell and taste of Chai Spice Black Tea filling your senses. (By the way, if you find this tea a little overpowering, just add a little milk to smooth it out.)I highly recommend this great tea!

This Tong Xing Green Beeng Cha cake is also known as an Iron Cake, because it is so compressed and has tapered edges. Only whole leaves of the highest quality are chosen for this blend from the 1980s. Each brick of tea leaves comes with its original insert paper. The taste is deep and rich. The brew is a deep colored red-brown, and the tea glistens in the cup with great clarity. This tea brick is about 410 grams, and will yield over 75 servings of this vintage brew.
the taste was ugly... and it probably even had mold.. i wanted to wait for a review to learn more, but after all i read from pu erh authority this was definetly fake!!!dont get me wrong the taste wasnt just earthy or so... i like earthy taste, even cheap pu erhs have an bearable taste but this one was the pure horror.

Junshan Yinzhen is rare and consists of buds or silver needles of the unopened shoots. The tea leaves are grown on Monarch Mountain in Yeuyang in Hunan Province. By yellowing the leaves in piles, the aromas infuse deeply into the leaves as they are completely dried. All the buds are silky smooth when dry and almost shimmer with their small hairy covering. Junshan has a unique flavor that is slightly nutty with hints of sweetness yet there is also a subtle woody, smoky taste. Junshan Yinzhen is a specialty tea that is a good alternative to its cousin, the more common Baihao Yinzhen white tea. Use about one tablespoon or more (3-4 grams) and steep for two minutes with water about 180 degrees. Leaves can be steeped up to three times.
Generation is the only American distributor that offers this fine tea. (Very similar to the more common Fujian province Silver Needle; with a very unique taste and aroma, kind of smooth and nutty and less astringent.) It's grown I believe near the Fujian area on the Junshan mountain which is prestigious in the tea world and has been known for centuries for tea they produce there: that the Emperors themselves have hailed as great.I've been reading about it all over from the Wikipedia to anywhere else I could find out about it online. I received a sample of it from the very gracious people over at Generation when I inquired about it ordering my first order of gourmet loose leaf white tea. I immediately fell in love with yellow tea and Generation, but being new to the world of ordering loose leaf teas online (or anywhere else for that matter) I've tried to find it somewhere else to have something to compare it to. I've looked all over for it and Generation is the only place I can find it in the US.This is a great tea and for any fans of white tea it's definitely a tea I would recommend trying.

This old cake is made from leaves from Yunnan that were brought to Guang Dong Province for processing. This practice continued into the 1990's and produced a sought after and collected series of green Pu-erh's. This cake is 40+ years old and had lost all the scent of tea. This shows good aging in a good environement. This tea is similiar to the famous Blue label editions of the 1950's. The taste is light and the brew is amber brown and almost sparkles. The leaves come from the Dai district (where the Blue label was also picked). The processing and compression, though, were in Guang Dong. This was the practice during the Cultural Revolution and it has made this a famous tea. We are happy to offer this fine antique cake. There are no wrappers on this tea, as they were produced with no wrappers, only the inner label with the well known tea TM. Made from 3-4 grade leaves which exhibit a deep brown color, even after many steeps. Weighs about 340 g and makes about 75 servings of this coveted…
Where else can you save $300.00 on tea? Who can pass up a bargain like that? If only I had $1200.00 to blow on tea. Dang! This gets five stars, I says.

The tea is excellent. I looked on the web site and found the prices a little high, but I really enjoy the sampler. Thank you so much.
Oriental Beauty Oolong was named by Queen Elizabeth II the first time she tasted it. This white haired tea is 60% oxidized which delivers its honey like flavor. The taste remains mysterious, however, with notes of many different tea flavors in it: sometimes it seems like an oolong bordering on a black tea; other times it is fresh and crisp, like an oxidized white tea. Oriental Beauty is a limited tea that undergoes a special production process. Grown on Er Mei Mountain, Hsin-Chu, Taiwan at 800-900M, the buds are then harvested for tea production. It takes 3000-4000 buds to make one pound of this world-class tea. Discover for yourself the complexity of the white tipped beauty with chocolate brown leaves. Steep three times with 190 F water.
Our gourmet Chai tea is a mixture of cinnamon, ginger and cardamom and has a spiciness you won't find anywhere else.
